Remember tapes? Ever wax nostalgic about the process of rewind-pause-record+play…wait…stop repeat all the while manually adding the time counts to fit the most music on a 45 minute side you can just to flip it and repeat again…? Though tape tech is pretty toast, the legend grows in its absence and capitalism moves to fill voids in our emotional needspace. Thus leading to the cassette spirit being salvaged by design and wrapped up neatly in a plastic case that looks uncrushable.
